> Children under 1.1 meters tall: Please inform the receptionist upon arrival if you have a child under 1.1 meters tall. Your child will be measured at reception and a £3 refund will be issued back onto the card you have paid with. Refunds will be issued upon arrival only, not upon exit. The £3 refund WILL NOT be applied if purchasing family tickets. Babies under 2 years old should be booked for £6 per head separately.  

>Disabled guests: Please bring along any form of disability identification. Upon presentation of this ID on arrival you will be issued with a £3.00 refund onto the card you have paid with.

>Carers: Please bring along any form of official photographic carers identification. Upon presentation of this ID upon arrival you will be issued with a £3.00 refund onto the card you have paid with.

>Spectators/Non Swimmers: Non swimmers may sit and wait in our dessert bar located in our reception area free of charge. Guests who would prefer to spectate on poolside must pay the appropriate admission charge.

This ticket is for a one single admission to Waterworld with one of our awesome meal deals from the Water's Edge restaurant included for your visit plus one round of 18 holes at any of our Adventure Mini Golf venues across the UK! You do not need to book a time for Mini Golf. 

We currently have two Adventure Mini golf locations. Our Stoke On Trent venue is located next door to Waterworld. Our Birmingham Venue is located at Star City, Birmingham. 

Once you have checked in at your first chosen venue, you will be given your tickets for the additional attraction. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to use the tickets provided for the additional attraction.   .

Please note the Watersedge restaurant will stop taking orders half and hour before the park closes. As such please ensure you have used your meal token before that time.

A £7.50 locker band deposit payment has been added to your order and £5 of this will be refunded to you once the band has been handed back in at reception at the end of your visit.*

Group booking rates are given to groups of 25 or more full-paying bathers. They must be booked 1 week in advance.

Children under the age of 11 and/or weak swimmers must be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times.

The group booking rate for children under 1.1m tall is £19 per person due to all group members needing to pay the same group rate of £19pp to qualify for the group rate. 

You are currently guaranteed 3 hours in the pool on a peak day. If we are quiet on the day however you may stay in for longer than this period.

Package of up to 6 guests. Additional guests welcome but need to be paid for separately - please first book a 6 person birthday group and then add any additional party guests on the 'party bookings' section of our ticketing site.  

Birthday parties must be booked and paid for two weeks in advance of the date.

This ticket is for adults who wish to swim in the aqua park when accompanying children at a birthday party. Party Adult Swimmer tickets must be purchased at the same time as booking the party package and are only valid if attending with the birthday party group.
